Mayla Adriano

Registered Psychologist

About Mayla

Mayla is a Registered Psychologist currently completing a period of supervised practice and training to gain endorsement as a Clinical Psychologist. Her therapeutic style is collaborative, compassionate, and grounded in evidence-based approaches.

Mayla creates a safe, supportive environment where clients feel heard and empowered to explore their experiences. With a warm and calming approach, she meets people where they are and works with them to develop practical tools that extend beyond the therapy room, helping them navigate life’s natural ups and downs.

Her clinical work includes supporting individuals experiencing anxiety, depression, stress, grief and loss, emotion regulation difficulties, low self-esteem, and life transitions. Mayla also has a special interest in working with neurodivergent individuals, including those with autism and ADHD. She offers strengths-based strategies to support motivation, emotional regulation, organisation, and self-understanding. Mayla’s toolkit includes a range of therapeutic modalities such as Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT).
